Press release regarding the meeting of the Competition Council Section

In accordance with the provisions of Article 38 of the internal regulations of the Competition Council, the Council’s section held a meeting on Tuesday, May 23, 2023 at 09:30, under the chairmanship of Mr. Abdelghani ASNINA, Vice-President of the Competition Council, to examine the files submitted to it by the Council’s investigation services.

The section made decisions to authorize the following two economic concentration operations:

• • The indirect takeover by the company « NAMA HOLDING S.A.» of the companies « CROSSING S.A.» and « ACTIVE LINE S.A. », through the acquisition of 49% of their share capital and related voting rights;
  • The exclusive control by the company «VOLKSWAGEN AKTIENGESELLSCHAFT » of the companies « ARGO AI GMBH » and « NEWCO », subsidiaries of the company « ARGO AI LLC ».
