Press release regarding the meeting of the Competition Council Section – held on Monday, April 22, 2024

In accordance with Article 38 of the Internal Regulations of the Competition Council, the Council Section held a meeting on Monday, April 22, 2024 at 11:00 am, under the chairmanship of Mrs. Chaimae Abbou, Vice-President of the Competition Council, to examine the file submitted to it by the Council’s investigative services.

The Section decided to authorize the economic concentration operation concerning the exclusive takeover by Compagnie Financière Jousset of the company SMAC, through the acquisition of 100% of the share capital and related voting rights.
