Press release regarding the meeting of the Competition Council Section – Held on Monday, February 02, 2026

In accordance with the provisions of Article 38 of the internal regulations of the Competition Council, the Council Section held a meeting on Monday, February 02, 2026 at 12:00 pm, under the chairmanship of Mr. Hassan Abouabdelmajid, Vice-President of the Competition Council, to examine the files submitted to it by the Council’s investigation services.

The Section then decided to authorize the following economic concentration operations:

• Acquisition by the company « HOLDING SAHARA TEKNA SA » of the exclusive control of the companies « OMNIUM MAROCAIN DE PECHE FLOTTE SA » and « PECHE HAUTURIERE INDUSTRIELLE DE L’ATLANTIQUE SUD SA » ;
• Indirect joint control acquisition, by Mr. Bani Haddad and Mr. Neil Konthiamadom George alongside « African Hotel Development Luxembourg SAS », over the hotel management activities of the company « African Hotel Development Luxembourg SAS » ;
• Indirect exclusive control acquisition, by the company « Nexture S.p.A. », of the company « Oferta Genuína, S.A » and its subsidiaries ;
• Exclusive control acquisition, by the company « BT2i SAS », of the company « Tecnum SARL » ;
• Exclusive control acquisition, by the company « Molex Electronics Technologies Holdings LLC », of the company « Smiths Interconnect Group Limited » ;
• Exclusive control acquisition, by the company « NETIS Holding Ltd », of the company « Adiwatt Afrique SARL » and its subsidiary « SPADI 1 SARL AU ».
