Press release regarding the meeting of the Competition Council Section – Held on Monday, June 08, 2026

In accordance with the provisions of Article 14 of Law 20-13 of the Competition Council, the Permanent Commission held a meeting on Monday, June 08, 2026 at 09:30, under the chairmanship of Mr. Ahmed RAHHOU, President of the Competition Council, to examine the files submitted to it by the Council’s investigative services.

At the beginning of its work, the Permanent Commission approved the Minutes of its meeting held on Monday, June 1, 2026.

The Permanent Commission decided to authorize the following economic concentration operations:

• Establishment of two joint ventures by the company “La Compagnie de Transports au Maroc (CTM)” and the company “Transdev Maroc Holding SA”, as well as the joint control acquisition by the latter of the company “Issal Fès SA”, alongside its historical shareholder, the company “CTM SA”;
• Joint control acquisition by the company “La Nouvelle Société Avant-Scène SA” of the company “Adeesy SARLAU”, through the acquisition of 40% of its share capital and associated voting rights.
