Press release regarding the meeting of the Competition Council Section – held on Monday, November 4, 2024

In accordance with the provisions of Article 38 of the internal regulations of the Competition Council, the Council Section held a meeting on Monday, November 4, 2024 at 10:00 am, under the chairmanship of Mr. Hassan Abouabdelmajid, Vice-President of the Competition Council, to examine the files submitted to it by the Council’s investigative services.

The Section then made decisions to authorize the following economic concentration operations:

• Exclusive takeover of the company « Villé Holding Participations SAS » by the company « Vossloh France SAS » through the acquisition of 100% of the share capital and associated voting rights;
• Acquisition by the company « The Carlyle Group Inc » through the company « CP Spruce Holdings SCSp » of the indirect exclusive control of the renal care division of the company « Baxter International Inc ».
