Press release regarding the meeting of the Competition Council Section – Held on Monday, October 12, 2026

In accordance with the provisions of Article 38 of the Internal Regulations of the Competition Council, the Council Section held a meeting on Monday, October 12, 2026 at 8:30 am, under the chairmanship of Mr. Abdelaziz Talbi, Vice-President of the Competition Council, to examine the files submitted to it by the Council’s investigative services.

The section then decided to authorize the following economic concentration operations:

• The exclusive takeover of “Alma Pack SA” and “Le Carton SA” by “Moroccan Company of Mohammedia Manufactures SA”;
• The Acquisition of exclusive control by “Neptune BidCo US Inc.” of “DoubleVerify Holdings, Inc.”;
• The joint control takeover of “Cellcentric Gmbh & CO. KG” and “Cellcentric Verwaltungsgesellschaft Mbh” by “Toyota Motor Corporation”, alongside “Aktiebolaget Volvo” and “Daimler Truck AG”;
• The joint control takeover by “AfricInvest Small Cap Fund LLC” and the investment fund “Build-Up Fund” of “Urbagec SARLAU” alongside its historical shareholder, “MKM Capital SARLAU”;
• The exclusive takeover by “Merck KGaA” of “Bio-Techne Corporation”.
