Press release regarding the meeting of the Competition Council Section – Held on Thursday, April 09, 2026

In accordance with Article 38 of the internal regulations of the Competition Council, the Council Section held a meeting on Thursday, April 09, 2026 at 10:00 am, under the chairmanship of Mr. Adil Boukbir, Vice-President of the Competition Council, to examine the files submitted to it by the Council’s investigation services.

The Section then decided to authorize the following economic concentration operations:

• Exclusive control acquisition by the company « NMDC GROUP PJSC », through its subsidiary « NMDC INFRA – LLC – SPC – O.P.C », of the company « LANTANIA AGUAS S.L.U » ;
• Exclusive control acquisition by the company « AtlantaSanad SA », of the company « Cantor 68 SAS » ;
• Exclusive control acquisition by the company « KIMBERLY-CLARK CORPORATION », of the company « KENVUE INC. » ;
• Exclusive control acquisition by the company « COMPAGNIE NATIONALE ROYAL AIR MAROC SA », of the company « ATLAS SERVAIR SA » ;
• Exclusive control acquisition by the company « OEP Bravo Bidco S.P.A », an entity indirectly controlled by the company « OEP Capital Advisors, L.P » of the company « Chem Italia S.r.l » and indirectly of its subsidiaries ;
• Exclusive control acquisition by the company « NETIS Holding Ltd », of the company « NETCOM Technologies Maroc SA ».
