In accordance with the provisions of Article 38 of the internal regulations of the Competition Council, the Council Section held a meeting on Tuesday, April 21, 2026 at 09:00, under the chairmanship of Mr. Abdelaziz TALBI, Vice-President of the Competition Council, to examine the files submitted to it by the Council’s investigation services.
The section then decided to authorize the following economic concentration operations:
- The acquisition by the company « Blackstone Inc. » and the company « EQT Fund Management S.à r.l. » of the indirect joint control of the company « Urbaser S.A.U. » and its subsidiaries;
- The acquisition by the company « Dolitrium SARL » of the tangible and intangible assets and the transfer of personnel related to the activity of manufacturing mattresses, foams, lounges, and metal box springs, held by the company « Industrie Marocaine de la Mousse et du Matelas SAS »;
- The exclusive control acquisition by the company ‘’Robinson BidCo SAS’’ of the company « TSG Solutions Group SAS » and its subsidiaries;
- The exclusive control acquisition by the company «ONE Retail SA » of the company « BE Cafetal SARL »;
- The establishment of a joint venture between the company « Société Maroc- Emirats arabes unis de Développement » and the company « BEEAH Environment Services Investment Limited ».
