Press release regarding the meeting of the Competition Council Section – held on Tuesday, April 29, 2025

In accordance with the provisions of Article 38 of the Internal Regulations of the Competition Council, the Council Section held a meeting on Tuesday, April 29, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. under the chairmanship of Mr. Abdelaziz Talbi, Vice-President of the Competition Council, to examine the files submitted to it by the Council’s investigation services.

The Section then decided to authorize the following four economic concentration operations:

• The indirect exclusive control acquisition by the company “Emerald X, LLC” of the company “This Is Beyond Limited” and its subsidiaries;
• The exclusive control acquisition by the company “Dislog Group SA” of the company “Avon Beauty Products SARLAU”;
• The acquisition by the company “Zuari Maroc Phosphates Private Limited”, a subsidiary of the company “OCP SA”, of joint control of the company “Mangalore Chemicals & Fertilizers Limited”, as well as the merger by absorption of the company “Mangalore Chemicals & Fertilizers Limited” by the company “Paradeep Phosphates Limited”;
• The acquisition by the company “Amethis Fund III SCA., SICAV-RAIF” of a minority stake in the company “BH Holding”.
