Press release regarding the meeting of the Competition Council Section – held on Tuesday, December 05, 2023

In accordance with the provisions of Article 38 of the internal regulations of the Competition Council, the Council Section held a meeting on Tuesday, December 05, 2023 at 08:45, under the chairmanship of Mr. Abdelghani ASNINA, Vice-President of the Competition Council, to examine the cases submitted to it by the Council’s investigative services.

The section decided to authorize the following two economic concentration operations:

• The acquisition by “Atnahs Pharma UK Limited”, as the acquirer, through an asset purchase agreement, from “Sanofi S.A.”, as the seller, of a portfolio of pharmaceutical products and related assets;
• The acquisition by DFDS A/S of the exclusive control of “FÖRDE REEDEREI SEETOURISTIK IBERIA S.L.U.” and its subsidiaries, as well as “PASCHAMO SHIPPING COMPANY, Ltd” and “NIFESOS SHIPPING COMPANY, Ltd”, through the acquisition of 100% of their share capital and associated voting rights, and that of “RED FISH SPEEDLINES S.A.R.L.”, through the acquisition of 50% of its share capital and associated voting rights.
