Press release regarding the meeting of the Competition Council Section – Held on Tuesday, January 13, 2026

In accordance with the provisions of Article 38 of the internal regulations of the Competition Council, the Council Section held a meeting on Tuesday, January 13, 2026 at 1:00 pm, under the chairmanship of Mrs. Chaimae ABBOU, Vice-President of the Competition Council, to examine the files submitted to it by the Council’s investigation services.

The section then decided to authorize the following two economic concentration operations:

• Takeover by the company ‘Robinson Technologies SA’ of the exclusive control of the company ‘Maltem Consulting Group SAS’ and its subsidiaries;
• Joint control takeover by ‘Nama Fund I FPCC-RFA’ of the company ‘Plastics and Plating SARL’, alongside the historical shareholder ‘Soyapar SA’.
