In accordance with the provisions of Article 38 of the internal regulations of the Competition Council, the Council Section held a meeting on Tuesday, June 09, 2026 at 12:30 pm, under the chairmanship of Mr. Adil Boukbir, Vice-President of the Competition Council, to examine the files submitted to it by the Council’s investigation services.
The Section then decided to authorize the following economic concentration operations:
- The acquisition by the company «Midea Group Co., Ltd » of the exclusive control of the company « Esaote S.p.A » ;
- The acquisition by the companies « Sandvik Proprietary Limited » and « Sandvik Australia Holdings Proprietary Limited » of the exclusive control of the companies « Thoroughtec Simulation Proprietary Limited » and « Thoroughbred Capital Proprietary Limited» ;
- The acquisition by the company « Bouygues Telecom SA » of the exclusive control of the company « Société Française de Solutions Technologiques SAS » ;
- The acquisition by the company « Mutares SE & Co. KGaA » of the exclusive control of the companies « Jadeed Holding B.V. » and « Plastics US Holding LLC » ;
- The exclusive control acquisition by the company « Société de Promotion Industrielle et Automobile au Maroc SA » of a business located in El Jadida dedicated to the commercialization of motor vehicles owned by « KMG Auto SARL » ;
- The exclusive control acquisition of the companies « Akkim Yapı Kimyasalları Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi », « Akde Kimya Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi », « Akfix Kimya Lojistik Hizmetleri Limited Şirketi » and « Akkim Europe S.R.L.» by the company « Sika AG ».
