Press release regarding the meeting of the Competition Council Section – held on Tuesday, March 17, 2026

In accordance with the provisions of Article 38 of the Internal Regulations of the Competition Council, the Council Section held a meeting on March 17, 2026 at 1:00 pm, under the chairmanship of Mrs. ABBOU Chaimae, Vice-President of the Competition Council, to examine the files submitted to it by the Council’s Investigation and Inquiry Services.

The Section made the decision to authorize the following economic concentration operations:

• Exclusive control acquisition by the company « Optus 1011. GmbH » of the regulatory reporting activity and asset-liability management solutions of the group « Moody’s Analytics Inc. » ;
• Exclusive control acquisition of the company « la Réunion Aérienne & Spatiale » by the company « Siaci Saint Honore » through the acquisition of 95.43% of its capital and related voting rights ;
• Exclusive control acquisition by the company « Reed Bidco Limited », indirectly owned by the company « Apollo Capital Management, LP », through a debt-for-equity exchange in the company « Lecta Paper Industries Intermediate Financing Sarl » ;

– Joint control acquisition by the companies « OPmobility Exterior Holding S.A. » and « Yanfeng Automotive Trim Systems Co., Ltd. », through their joint venture « Yanfeng Plastic Omnium Automotive Exterior Systems Co., Ltd. », of the companies « HBPO Shanghai Co., Ltd. », « HBPO Auto Components (Shanghai) Co., Ltd », « HBPO Beijing Co., Ltd. » and « Shanghai Yanfeng Automotive Exterior Systems Co., Ltd. ».
