Press release regarding the meeting of the Competition Council Section – held on Tuesday, March 25, 2025

In accordance with Article 38 of the internal regulations of the Competition Council, the Council Section held a meeting on Tuesday, March 25, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. under the chairmanship of Mr. Abdelaziz Talbi, Vice-President of the Competition Council, to examine the files submitted to it by the Council’s investigation services.

The Section then decided to authorize the following three economic concentration operations:

• The exclusive control acquisition by the company « Hikma Mena FZE » of certain rights and assets associated with the company « Takeda Pharmaceutical International AG » ;
• The joint control acquisition by the company « Darnick Associates Limited» and the company « Strategic Investment Company GmbH» of the company « Jasmin Morocco Hospitality SAS» ;

The exclusive control acquisition by the company « A. Raymond et Cie SCS », or one of its subsidiaries, of the companies « Facil Holding BV », « Facil Corporate BV».
