Press release regarding the meeting of the Competition Council Section – held on Tuesday, October 21, 2025

In accordance with the provisions of Article 38 of the internal regulations of the Competition Council, the Council Section held a meeting on Tuesday, October 21 at 10:00 am, under the chairmanship of Mr. Abdelaziz Talbi, Vice-President of the Competition Council, to examine the files submitted to it by the Council’s investigation services.

The Section then made decisions to authorize the following economic concentration operations:

• Exclusive acquisition by the company “Platinum Equity Group” of the company “Play Holdings Inc” and all of its subsidiaries;
• Exclusive acquisition by the company “ISP Morocco Holdings SAS” of the company “American Academy Casablanca International School Privé SARL”;
• Exclusive acquisition by the company “Project Aurora Bidco Limited” of the company “Spectris plc”.
