In accordance with the provisions of Article 38 of the internal regulations of the Competition Council, the Council Section held a meeting on Wednesday, December 03, 2025 at 11:00 am, under the chairmanship of Mr. Adil Boukbir, Vice-President of the Competition Council, to examine the files submitted to it by the Council’s investigation services.
The section then decided to authorize the following four economic concentration operations:
- The acquisition by the company “Informa Group Limited”, through its subsidiary “Informa International FZE”, of the exclusive control of the assets and entities contributed by the company “Dubai World Trade Center LLC”.
- The indirect exclusive control acquisition of the Golf Extension and Promotion Company of Benslimane SA by Mr. Jawad Youssefi, through his company City Dev SARLU.
- The exclusive control acquisition by the company “Toyota Asset Preparatory Co, Ltd” wholly owned by the company “Toyota Fudosan” of the company “Toyota Industries corporation”.
- The exclusive control acquisition of the company “Lagnanet Oliviers SARL” by the company “Clinique Internationale de Settat SAS”.
