Press release regarding the meeting of the Competition Council Section – Held on Wednesday, December 25, 2024

In accordance with the provisions of Article 38 of the internal regulations of the Competition Council, the Council Section held a meeting on Wednesday, December 25, 2024 at 09h, under the chairmanship of Mr. Adil Boukbir, Vice-President of the Competition Council, to examine the files submitted to it by the Council’s investigative services.

The Section made decisions to authorize the following economic concentration operations:

• Acquisition of exclusive control of the company « Forges de Bazas S.A» by the company « Unihold S.A», through the acquisition of 100% of its share capital and associated voting rights;
• Indirect exclusive control of the company « Kellanova » by the company « Mars Inc. »;

Furthermore, it decided to declare the operation involving the acquisition of an additional 25% of the share capital of « Global Feed S.L.U » and the related voting rights by « OCP International Coöperatieve U.A » as non-notifiable.
