Press release regarding the meeting of the Competition Council Section – held on Wednesday, January 10, 2024

In accordance with the provisions of Article 38 of the Internal Regulations of the Competition Council, the Council Section held a meeting on Wednesday, January 10, 2024 at 10am, under the chairmanship of Mr. Hassan Abou Abdelmajid, Vice-President of the Competition Council, to examine the two files submitted to it by the Council’s investigation services.

The Section then decided to authorize the following two economic concentration operations:

• the indirect exclusive control acquisition by the company “International Schools Partnership Limited” of the company “Groupe Charles Peguy Privé SARLAU” and its subsidiaries “Graines d’Enfance SARL” and “Graines d’Elite Privé SARL”, through the acquisition of 100% of their shares and related voting rights;
• the exclusive control acquisition by the company “SMRC Automotive Holdings Netherlands B.V.” of the company “SSCP Aero Topco S.A.S.”.
