Press release regarding the meeting of the Competition Council Section – held on Wednesday, July 09, 2025

In accordance with the provisions of Article 38 of the internal regulations of the Competition Council, the Council Section held a meeting on Wednesday, July 09, 2025 at 10:00 am, under the chairmanship of Mr. Hassan ABOUABDELMAJID, Vice-President of the Competition Council, to examine the files submitted to it by the Council’s investigation services.

The Section then made decisions to authorize the following economic concentration operations:

• Acquisition by the company “DSBJ PTE.LTD.” of the exclusive control of the company “Groupe Mécanique Découpage S.A.” through the acquisition of all its capital and related rights.
• Joint control of the company “Dislog Dispositifs Médicaux S.A.” by the investment funds: MC IV Packaging S.A., Mediterrania Capital IV Morocco FPCC-RFA – Compartment 1 Morocco, Mediterrania Capital IV Morocco FPCC-RFA–Compartment 2 Morocco, and Capmezzanine III., alongside the historical shareholder “Dislog Group SA”.
• Acquisition by the company “Etude Placement et Gestion d’Assurances SA” of joint control of the company “Alpha Assurances Intermediaire D’assurances SA”, alongside the company “AKWA Group SA”.
