Press release regarding the meeting of the Competition Council Section – Held on Wednesday, March 12, 2025

In accordance with the provisions of Article 38 of the internal regulations of the Competition Council, the Council Section held a meeting on Wednesday, March 12, 2025 at 10:30 am, under the chairmanship of Mrs. Chaimae Abbou, Vice-President of the Competition Council, to examine the files submitted to it by the Council’s investigative services.

The Section then decided to authorize the following three economic concentration operations:

• Acquisition by the company « CDG Invest SA » of the exclusive control of the company « GI3 SAS »;
• Acquisition by the company « Sonaca SA » of joint control of the company « Aciturri Aeronautica S.L.U» alongside its historical shareholder « Govera Inversiones S.L. » ;
• Acquisition by the company « Casablanca Intermediation Company » of the exclusive control of the company « Aon Acore SARL ».
