Press release regarding the meeting of the Competition Council Section – Held on Wednesday, March 5, 2025

In accordance with Article 38 of the Internal Regulations of the Competition Council, the Council Section held a meeting on Wednesday, March 5, 2025 at 10 a.m., under the chairmanship of Mr. Adil Boukbir, Vice-President of the Competition Council, to examine the file submitted to it by the Council’s investigation services.

The Section then decided to authorize the following economic concentration operation:

• Joint control acquisition of the companies « Advanced Energy Materials LLC » and « Tinci Materials Texas LLC » respectively by the companies « Guangzhou Tinci Materials Technology Co. Ltd. » and « Honeywell International Inc. » ;
