Press release regarding the meeting of the Competition Council Section – Held on Wednesday, October 29, 2025

In accordance with the provisions of Article 38 of the internal regulations of the Competition Council, the Council Section held a meeting on Wednesday, October 29, 2025 at 10:00 am, under the chairmanship of Mr. Hassan Abouabdelmajid, Vice-President of the Competition Council, to examine the files submitted to it by the Council’s investigative services.

The section then decided to authorize the following four economic concentration operations:

• The acquisition by the company “BPIFRANCE PARTICIPATIONS SA” of the exclusive control of the company “GROUPE ADIT SAS”;
• The joint acquisition by the company “Alphavest Investment Management SAS” and the company “Best Financière SA” of the joint control of the company “Valoris Management SA” alongside the company “Valoris Group SA”;
• The acquisition by the company “Sopra HR Software SAS”, a subsidiary of the company “Sopra Steria Group SA”, of the exclusive control of the company “Neocase Software SAS” and its subsidiary “Neocase Software Incorporated”;
• The exclusive acquisition by the company “Bettcher Industries, Inc” of the company “Provisur Technologies, Inc”.
