Press release regarding the meeting of the Competition Council Section – held on Wednesday, October 8, 2025

In accordance with the provisions of Article 38 of the Internal Regulations of the Competition Council, the Council Section held a meeting on Wednesday, October 8, 2025 at 9:30 am, under the chairmanship of Mrs. Chaimae Abbou, Vice-President of the Competition Council, to examine the files submitted to it by the Council’s investigative services.

The section decided to authorize the following economic concentration operations:

• The acquisition by the company “Westlake International I B.V.” of the exclusive control of the companies “ACI – Automotive Compounding Industry, Lda”, “ICM – International Compounders Madeira, Lda”, “Perplastic Compounding SRL”, “Perplastic Tunisia SARL”, “ACI México Automotive Compounding Industry S de R.L. de C.V.” and certain assets of the company “ACI Suzhou Technology Co., LTD”;
• The acquisition of exclusive control by the company “Capgemini SE” of the companies
  “Cloud4C Services Pte. Ltd.” and “Cloud4C Services Private Limited” through the acquisition of 100% of the share capital and voting rights of the targets;
• The indirect exclusive control of the company “BIOGARAN SAS” by the company “BC PARTNERS LLP” through the acquisition of all its share capital and associated voting rights.
