Press release regarding the meeting of the Competition Council Section – Wednesday, September 23, 2026

In accordance with the provisions of Article 38 of the Internal Regulations of the Competition Council, the Council Section held a meeting on Wednesday, September 23, 2026 at 9:30 am, under the chairmanship of Mr. Hassan ABOUABDELMAJID, Vice-President of the Competition Council, to examine the files submitted to it by the Council’s investigation services.

This Section has decided to authorize the following nine economic concentration operations:

• Takeover of the company « JAIDA SA » by Caisse de Dépôt et de Gestion;
• Takeover of the company « Rainer-Timber Handelsgesellschaft mbH » by the company « Dr Anna Bauther Gesellschaft mbH »;
• Acquisition by the company « Fenie Brossette SA » of a business located in Agadir, owned by the company « Sopriam SA »;
• Takeover by the company « Kartesia Management, S.A.R.L » of the exclusive control of the company « Engineered Fire Piping, S.L. »;
• Takeover by the company « Majorel Africa SA » of the company « Unifitel SA », through the acquisition of 100% of its capital and associated voting rights;
• Takeover by « Strategic Value Partners, LLC » of « Marelli Corporation », through its managed funds;
• Takeover by the company « Allianz SE » of the indirect exclusive control of the company « Poseidon Holdco SAS »;
• Joint control by the company « Horizon Capitalize » of the company « Circet Holding SAS », alongside the historical shareholder « ICG plc »;
• Takeover by the company « Aequita Management SE » of the indirect exclusive control of the company « Sabic Europe BV ».
