In accordance with the provisions of Article 14 of Law 20-13 concerning the Competition Council as amended and supplemented, the Permanent Commission of the Council held a meeting on Monday, April 10, 2023 at 10:30 a.m. under the chairmanship of Mr. Ahmed Rahhou, President of the Competition Council, to examine the files submitted to it by the Council’s investigative services.
At the beginning of its work, the Permanent Commission approved the minutes of its meeting held on April 3, 2023.
The Permanent Commission then decided to authorize the following economic concentration operations:

- Joint direct control of the company INVYAD SARL by the company CDG Invest SA, through the acquisition of 10.79% of the social shares and voting rights of the target;
- Joint direct control of the company SERVICES A DOMICILE SARL by the company CDG Invest SA, through the acquisition of 10% of the social shares and voting rights of the target;
- Joint direct control of the company WEEGOMOBILITYLAB SARL by the company CDG Invest SA, through the acquisition of 10.07% of the social shares and voting rights of the target;
- Joint indirect control of the company LES DOMAINES ZNIBER SA by the company CDG INVEST SA, through the acquisition of 22.6% of its share capital and associated voting rights through the intermediary of the company FIPAR-HOLDING SA.
