Press release regarding the meeting of the Permanent Commission of the Competition Council

In accordance with the provisions of Article 14 of Law 20-13 on the Competition Council, the Permanent Commission of the Council held a meeting on Monday, February 20, 2023 at 09:30, under the chairmanship of Mr. Ahmed Rahhou, President of the Competition Council, to examine the files submitted to it by the Council’s investigation services.

At the beginning of its work, the Permanent Commission approved the minutes of its meeting held on February 16, 2023. The Permanent Commission then decided to authorize the following economic concentration operations:

• • The exclusive takeover of the company “Paragon Semvox GMBH” by the company “Cariad SE”, a 100% subsidiary of the Volkswagen group, through the acquisition of the entire share capital and voting rights thereof;
  • The exclusive takeover of the company “Promotion Services Diffusion SA” by the company “Locafinance SA” through the acquisition of 100% of the share capital and voting rights thereof;
  • The indirect exclusive takeover of “EMERAUDE 3.0” and its subsidiaries by “Ravago SA” through the acquisition of the entire share capital and voting rights thereof;
  • The acquisition by the company “OCP International Coöperatieve U.A.” of 50% of the share capital and voting rights of the company “Global Feed S.L.U.”;
  • The joint control of the company “Anfa 19 SA” by the company “Financière Réalités International Afrique SAS” through the acquisition of 50% of its share capital and voting rights thereof;
  • The joint control of the company “Anfa Réalisation SARL” by the company “Financière Réalités International Afrique SAS” through the acquisition of 50% of the share capital and voting rights thereof.
