In accordance with the provisions of Article 14 of Law 20-13 on the Competition Council, the Permanent Commission of the Council held a meeting on Wednesday, December 28, 2022 at 3:00 p.m. under the chairmanship of Mr. Ahmed Rahhou, President of the Competition Council, to examine the files submitted to it by the Council’s investigating services.
At the beginning of its work, the Permanent Commission approved the minutes of its meeting held on December 22, 2022.
The Permanent Commission then made decisions to authorize the following two economic concentration operations:

- Creation of a joint venture jointly controlled by Deutsche Telekom AG, Orange SA, Telefonica SA, and Vodafone Group PLC, through their respective subsidiaries
- Creation of a joint venture jointly controlled by the company « Capgemini S.E. » and the company « Orange S.A. »
