In accordance with the provisions of Article 14 of Law 20-13 relating to the Competition Council, the Permanent Commission of the Council held a meeting on Monday, November 14, 2022 at 09:30, under the chairmanship of Mr. Ahmed Rahhou, President of the Competition Council, to examine the files submitted to it by the Council’s investigating services.
At the beginning of its work, the Permanent Commission approved the minutes of its meeting held on November 07, 2022.
The Permanent Commission then made decisions to authorize the following four economic concentration operations:

- Merger between the acquiring company « Publiday Multidia SARL AU » and the acquired companies « Makane Bouskoura SARL AU » and « Claire Maroc SARL AU »;
- Merger between the acquiring company «Metalscatola Immobilier SARL AU» and the acquired company «Metalscatola Afrique SARL AU»;
- Acquisition of exclusive control of the company « Touax Africa SAS » by the company « Touax SCA » through the acquisition of 49% of the remaining capital and voting rights thereto ;
- Acquisition by the company «Akzo Nobel Powder Coatings GmbH» of certain assets belonging to the company «Lankwitzer Lackfabrik GmbH» ;
Furthermore, the Commission decided to declare that there is no need to continue the procedure concerning the referral from the company « Petradis ».
