Press release regarding the meeting of the Permanent Commission of the Competition Council

In accordance with the provisions of Article 38 of the internal regulations of the Competition Council, the Council section held a meeting on Tuesday, September 12, 2023 at 10:00 am, under the chairmanship of Mr. Abdellatif El MKADDEM, Vice-President of the Competition Council, to examine the files submitted to it by the Council’s investigative services.

The section decided to authorize the following economic concentration operations:

• • The exclusive control acquisition by the company “HILTI AG” of the company “4PS BEHEER BV” through the acquisition of all its share capital and associated voting rights;
  • The direct joint control acquisition of the company “RH AULNAY SAS” by “CARREFOUR FRANCE SAS”, through the acquisition of 45% of its share capital and associated voting rights;
  • The exclusive control acquisition of the company “CHENAL I LIMITED” and its direct and indirect subsidiaries by the company “KERING BEAUTE S.A.S” belonging to the “KERING” group.
