In accordance with the provisions of Article 38 of the internal regulations of the Competition Council, the Council section held a meeting on Tuesday, September 12, 2023 at 10:00 am, under the chairmanship of Mr. Abdellatif El MKADDEM, Vice-President of the Competition Council, to examine the files submitted to it by the Council’s investigative services.
The section decided to authorize the following economic concentration operations:

- The exclusive control acquisition by the company “HILTI AG” of the company “4PS BEHEER BV” through the acquisition of all its share capital and associated voting rights;
- The direct joint control acquisition of the company “RH AULNAY SAS” by “CARREFOUR FRANCE SAS”, through the acquisition of 45% of its share capital and associated voting rights;
- The exclusive control acquisition of the company “CHENAL I LIMITED” and its direct and indirect subsidiaries by the company “KERING BEAUTE S.A.S” belonging to the “KERING” group.
