Press release regarding the meeting of the Permanent Commission of the Competition Council

In accordance with the provisions of Article 14 of Law 20-13 on the Competition Council, the Permanent Commission of the council held a meeting on Friday, June 18, 2021 at 09:30, under the chairmanship of Mr. Ahmed Rahhou, President of the Competition Council, to examine the files submitted to it by the Council’s investigating services.

At the beginning of its work, the Permanent Commission approved the Minutes of its meeting held on June 14, 2021.

The Permanent Commission then made decisions to authorize the following economic concentration operations:

• • • • The acquisition by the German company « Hapag-Lloyd Aktiengesellschaft » of the exclusive control of the Dutch company « Nile Dutch Investments B.V. »;
      • The acquisition by the company « Ansamble Maroc » of the exclusive control of the company « Proxi Rest S.A.R.L » subject to commitments proposed by the notifying party in accordance with Article 15 of Law 104-12 on price freedom and competition;
      • The acquisition by the company « Orau Orhan Otomotiv Kontrol Sistemleri Sanayi A.S. » of the exclusive control of the company « Toolpresse- Tj Engineering Sarl ».
