Press release regarding the meeting of the Permanent Commission of the Competition Council

In accordance with the provisions of Article 14 of Law 20-13 on the Competition Council, the Permanent Commission of the Council held a meeting on Monday, June 14, 2021 at 9:30 a.m., under the chairmanship of Mr. Ahmed Rahhou, President of the Competition Council, to examine the files submitted to it by the Council’s investigation services.

At the beginning of its work, the Permanent Commission approved the minutes of its meeting held on June 07, 2021.

The Permanent Commission then made decisions to authorize the following three economic concentration operations:

• • • • The acquisition of a 6.55% stake in the share capital of the company “Dislog Industries” by the investment fund “Mediterrania Capital III LP”
      • The acquisition by the group “Della Toffola” of the exclusive control of the group “Frilli”;
      • The acquisition by the companies “V3 Brands Pte Ltd” and “Lymoun Tree Pte Ltd” of 75% of the share capital and voting rights of the company “Groupe Immo Océan”.
