Press release regarding the meeting of the Permanent Commission of the Competition Council – held on Friday, July 18, 2025

In accordance with the provisions of Article 14 of Law 20-13 on the Competition Council, as amended and supplemented, the Permanent Commission of the Council held a meeting on Friday, July 18, 2025 at 09:30, under the chairmanship of Mr. Ahmed Rahhou, President of the Competition Council, to examine the files submitted to it by the Council’s investigating services.

At the beginning of its work, the Permanent Commission approved the minutes of its meeting held on July 11, 2025.

The Permanent Commission then decided to authorize the following economic concentration operations:

• The exclusive control acquisition by the company “Cicor Technologies Ltd” of a set of assets, rights, and contracts of the company “Eolane France SAS”, and two of its subsidiaries “Eolane Angers SAS” and “Eolane Combrée SAS” and through the acquisition of all the share capital and voting rights of certain subsidiaries of the company “Eolane France SAS”;
• The establishment of the joint venture “Mafaco Tesca Textile SA” by the company “Marocaine de Fabrications Cotonnières SA” and the company “Tesca Covering Materials Group SAS”.
