Press release regarding the meeting of the Permanent Commission of the Competition Council – Held on Friday, March 7, 2025

In accordance with the provisions of Article 14 of Law No. 20-13 of the Competition Council, the Permanent Commission held a meeting on Friday, March 7, 2025 at 10:30 am, under the chairmanship of Mr. Ahmed RAHHOU, President of the Competition Council, to examine the file submitted to it by the Council’s investigation services.

At the beginning of its work, the Permanent Commission approved the Minutes of its meeting held on Monday, February 24, 2025.

The Permanent Commission then decided to authorize the economic concentration operation involving the acquisition by the company “KPS Capital Partners LP” of the exclusive indirect control of the activities of the company “Crown Holdings INC” in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa in the field of food, aerosol, and promotional packaging.
