Press release regarding the meeting of the Permanent Commission of the Competition Council – Held on Monday, April 21, 2025

In accordance with the provisions of Article 14 of Law No. 20-13 on the Competition Council as amended and supplemented, the Permanent Commission of the Council held a meeting on Monday, April 21, 2025 at 9:30 a.m. under the chairmanship of Mr. Ahmed Rahhou, President of the Competition Council, to examine the files submitted to it by the Council’s investigation and inquiry services.

At the beginning of its work, the Permanent Commission approved the minutes of its meeting held on April 17, 2025.

The Permanent Commission then decided to authorize the economic concentration operation related to the exclusive takeover by the company “Travaux Généraux de Construction de Casablanca S.A” (TGCC) of the company “Société de Travaux Agricoles Marocains SA” (STAM), through the acquisition of 60% of the share capital and associated voting rights;
