In accordance with the provisions of Article 14 of Law No. 20-13 concerning the Competition Council, as amended and supplemented, the Permanent Commission of the Council held a meeting on Monday, February 2, 2026 at 09:30, under the chairmanship of Mr. Ahmed Rahhou, President of the Competition Council, to examine the files submitted to it by the Council’s investigative services.

At the beginning of its work, the Permanent Commission approved the minutes of its meeting held on January 30, 2026.

The Permanent Commission then decided to authorize the following two economic concentration operations:

  • Establishment of the joint venture « Integrated Logistics and Industrial Park of Zenata SA » by « National Ports Agency » and « National Office of Railways » and « Casablanca-Settat Region » and « Moroccan Logistics Development Agency » and « Zenata Development Company SA »;
  • Acquisition by the company « Cox Water S.L » of assets from the company « Abengoa SA ».
