Press release regarding the meeting of the Permanent Commission of the Competition Council – held on Monday, February 23, 2026

In accordance with the provisions of Article 14 of Law 20-13 concerning the Competition Council, the Permanent Commission of the council held a meeting on Monday, February 23, 2026 at 10:30 am, under the chairmanship of Mr. Ahmed Rahhou, President of the Competition Council, to examine the files submitted to it by the Council’s investigative services.

At the beginning of its work, the Permanent Commission approved the Minutes of its meeting held on February 19, 2026.

The Permanent Commission then decided to authorize the economic concentration operation concerning the acquisition, by “Grupo Bimbo S.A.B. de C.V.”, through “Bakery Iberian Investments S.L.”, of the exclusive control of “Joy Food International SARL”.

The Permanent Commission also decided to declare the operation concerning the acquisition of exclusive control of “M Office Qca SA” by the company “La Compagnie Financière Holding Atlas SA” not subject to the notification obligation.
