Press release regarding the meeting of the Permanent Commission of the Competition Council – Held on Monday, January 05, 2026

In accordance with the provisions of Article 14 of Law No. 20-13 concerning the Competition Council as amended and supplemented, the Permanent Commission of the Council held a meeting on Monday, January 05, 2026 at 9:30 am under the chairmanship of Mr. Ahmed Rahhou, President of the Competition Council, to examine the files submitted to it by the Council’s investigation and inquiry services.

At the beginning of its work, the Permanent Commission approved the minutes of its meeting held on December 25, 2025.

The Permanent Commission then decided to classify the economic concentration operation consisting of the joint takeover of the company
‘Rochaktalim S.A’ by the company ‘Mc Iv Diagnostics S.A’ and the funds ‘Mediterrania Capital IV Morocco FPCC-RFA, Compartment 1’ and ‘Mediterrania Capital IV Morocco FPCC-RFA, Compartment 2’, alongside the historical shareholder ‘Akdital S.A’.
