Press release regarding the meeting of the Permanent Commission of the Competition Council – held on Monday, January 26, 2026.

In accordance with the provisions of Article 14 of Law 20-13 on the Competition Council, as amended and supplemented, the Permanent Commission of the Council held a meeting on Monday, January 26, 2026 at 09:30, under the chairmanship of Mr. Ahmed RAHHOU, President of the Competition Council, to examine the files submitted to it by the Council’s investigating services.

At the beginning of its work, the Permanent Commission approved the minutes of its meeting held on January 8, 2026.

The Permanent Commission then decided to authorize:

• The economic concentration operation concerning the exclusive control acquisition by the company « CMGP Group Sa » through the company « CMGP SA » of the company « Sodipire SARL »;
• The economic concentration operation related to the acquisition, by the company « Billions Europe Ltd », of assets related to titanium dioxide activities held by the company « Venator Materials Uk Limited » ;
• The withdrawal request related to the notification file of the economic concentration project consisting of the acquisition by « V3 Gourmet Pte Ltd » through its subsidiary « V3 Gourmet Morocco SARL » of the exclusive control of the company « United Canister Corporation SARL ».
