Press release regarding the meeting of the Permanent Commission of the Competition Council – held on Monday, July 21, 2025

In accordance with the provisions of Article 14 of Law No. 20-13 concerning the Competition Council, as amended and supplemented, the Permanent Commission of the Council held a meeting on Monday, July 21, 2025 at 09:30, under the chairmanship of Mr. Ahmed Rahhou, President of the Competition Council, to examine the files submitted to it by the Council’s investigation services.

At the beginning of its work, the Permanent Commission approved the minutes of its meeting held on July 18, 2025.

The Permanent Commission then decided to authorize the following two economic concentration operations:

• The exclusive control acquisition by the company ‘WANHUA CHEMICAL GROUP CO. LTD’ through its subsidiary ‘PDC CHEMICAL SAS’ of the assets and production activities of chemical derivatives of Hexamethylene Diisocyanate (HDI) and Isophorone Diisocyanate (IPDI) from ‘VENCOREX FRANCE SAS’;
• The establishment of the joint venture ‘Chrono Diali SA’ by the companies ‘Barid Al-Maghrib SA’ and ‘Geopost SA’;
