Press release regarding the meeting of the Permanent Commission of the Competition Council – held on Monday, July 27, 2026

In accordance with the provisions of Article 14 of Law 20-13 of the Competition Council, the Permanent Commission held a meeting on Monday, July 27, 2026 at 09:30, under the chairmanship of Mr. Ahmed RAHHOU, President of the Competition Council, to examine the file submitted to it by the Council’s investigation services.

At the beginning of its work, the Permanent Commission approved the Minutes of its meeting held on Monday, July 20, 2026.

The Permanent Commission decided to authorize, with commitments, the economic concentration operation related to the acquisition by the company “DFDS Iberia SLU” of assets related to part of the maritime activity of the group “Armas Trasmediterránea” in the Strait of Gibraltar.
