Press release regarding the meeting of the Permanent Commission of the Competition Council – held on Monday, March 16, 2026

In accordance with the provisions of Article 14 of Law No. 20-13 concerning the Competition Council, as amended and supplemented, the Permanent Commission of the Council held a meeting on Monday, March 16, 2026 at 10:30 am under the chairmanship of Mr. Ahmed Rahhou, President of the Competition Council, to examine the files submitted to it by the Council’s investigative services.

At the beginning of its work, the Permanent Commission approved the minutes of its meeting held on March 12, 2026.

The Permanent Commission then decided to authorize the economic concentration operation related to the acquisition, by the company “Indorama Holdings BV”, of the assets related to the titanium dioxide activity held by the company “Venator P&A Spain SL” and the exclusive control of its subsidiary “Oligo SA”.
