Press release regarding the meeting of the Permanent Commission of the Competition Council – held on Monday, October 27, 2025

In accordance with the provisions of Article 14 of Law 20-13 of the Competition Council, the permanent commission held a meeting on Monday, October 27, 2025 at 9:30 am, under the chairmanship of Mr. Ahmed REHHOU, President of the Competition Council, to examine the file submitted to it by the Council’s investigative services.

At the beginning of its work, the Permanent Commission approved the minutes of its meeting held on October 23, 2025.

The permanent commission made the decision to authorize the following economic concentration operation:

• The acquisition by “The Helicopter and Jet Company” of 76% of the capital and voting rights of each of the companies “Heliconia Africa Development SA” and “Heliconia Aero Solutions SARL”.
