In accordance with the provisions of Article 14 of Law 20-13 on the Competition Council, as amended and supplemented, the Permanent Commission of the Council held a meeting on Thursday, December 25, 2025 at 09:00 under the chairmanship of Mr. Ahmed Rahhou, President of the Competition Council, to examine the files submitted to it by the Council’s investigating services.
At the beginning of its work, the Permanent Commission approved the minutes of its meeting held on December 15, 2025.
The Permanent Commission then decided to authorize the following economic concentration operations:
- Acquisition by the company ‘NAPS SA’ of certain assets of the company ‘Centre Monétique Interbancaire SA’;
- Acquisition by the company ‘Attijari Payment SA’ of certain assets of the company ‘Centre Monétique Interbancaire SA’;
- Acquisition by the company ‘Maroc Traitement de Transactions SA’ of certain assets of the company ‘Centre Monétique Interbancaire SA’;
- Acquisition by the company ‘CDM PAY SA’ of certain assets of the company ‘Centre Monétique Interbancaire SA’;
- Acquisition by the company ‘Lana Cash SA’ of certain assets of the company ‘Centre Monétique Interbancaire SA’;
- Acquisition by the company ‘Al Filahi Cash SA’ of certain assets of the company ‘Centre Monétique Interbancaire SA’;
- Acquisition by the company ‘Saham Paiements SA’ of certain assets of the company ‘Centre Monétique Interbancaire SA’;
- Acquisition by the company ‘Damane Cash SA’ of certain assets of the company ‘Centre Monétique Interbancaire SA’;
- Acquisition by the company ‘Société Thérapeutique Marocaine SA’ of certain assets of the company ‘Eli Lilly and Company’;
- Creation of a joint venture by ‘Société d’Exploitation des Ports SA’ (Marsa Maroc) and the company ‘CMA Terminals SAS’.
The Permanent Commission also decided to declare the operation concerning the acquisition by the company ‘SNRT SA’ of the exclusive control of the company ‘SOREAD SA’ not subject to the notification obligation.
