Press release regarding the meeting of the Permanent Commission of the Competition Council – held on Tuesday, December 16, 2025

In accordance with the provisions of Article 14 of Law No. 20-13 on the Competition Council, as amended and supplemented, the Permanent Commission of the Council held a meeting on Tuesday, December 16, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. under the chairmanship of Mr. Ahmed Rahhou, President of the Competition Council, to examine the files submitted to it by the Council’s instructional services.

At the beginning of its work, the Permanent Commission approved the minutes of its meeting held on December 15, 2025.

Thus, the Permanent Commission decided to grant a favorable response to the request made by ‘The National Ports Agency’ and ‘the National Office of Railways’ and ‘the Casablanca-Settat Region’ and ‘the Moroccan Agency for Logistics Development’ and ‘the Zenata SA Development Company’ to proceed with the creation of the joint company ‘Integrated Logistics and Industrial Park of Zenata SA’, under Article 14, paragraph 2, of Law No. 104-12 on price freedom and competition, as amended and supplemented.
