Press release regarding the meeting of the Section of the Competition Council – Held on Monday 02 novembre 2026

Pursuant to the provisions of Article 38 of the internal rules of the Competition Council, the Section of the Council held, on Monday 02 novembre 2026 at 10h, a meeting chaired by Mr. Adil Boukbir, Vice-President of the Competition Council, to examine the cases submitted to it by the Council’s investigation departments.

The Section then decided to authorize the following economic concentration transactions:

• the acquisition of sole control by the company « Elcano France Bidco SAS » of the companies « Gymspa SAS », « ‎FitFin SAS » and « FitMan SAS », through the acquisition of 100% of the share capital and voting rights ‎of the targets. ;
• the acquisition by the company « TD SYNNEX Corporation » of sole control of the company ‎‎« United Radio Incorporated d/b/a BlueStar, Inc. »‎.
