Select Communiqué regarding the meeting of the Competition Council Section – held on Tuesday, April 09, 2024

In accordance with the provisions of Article 38 of the internal regulations of the Competition Council, the Council Section held a meeting on Tuesday, April 09, 2024 at 10:00 am, under the chairmanship of Mr. ABOUABDELMAJID Hassan, Vice-President of the Competition Council, to examine the file submitted to it by the Council’s investigation services.

The Section decided to authorize two economic concentration operations related to:

• The joint control acquisition of the companies “Sogefi USA Inc.” and “Sogefi Filtration SA”, subsidiaries of “Sogefi S.p.A”, by the companies “Carta Acquisition France SAS” and “Carta Acquisition US Inc.”, subsidiaries of “Pacific Avenue Capital Partners, LLC”,
• The exclusive acquisition of the company “Tronico Holding S.A.S” and all its subsidiaries by the company “Agôn Electronics S.A.S.”.
