Nuti group by LVMH Métiers d’Art, through a
55% equity stake and related voting rights.
In accordance with Article 13 of Law No. 104-12 on price freedom and competition and Article 10 of Decree No. 2-14-652 issued for its implementation, as amended and supplemented, the Competition Council makes available to the public the “operation summary” below, containing information provided by the parties.
This information has been prepared by the notifying parties, who are solely responsible. Any inaccurate or distorted information contained therein does not in any way prejudge the Competition Council’s position on the proposed operation.
The publication of this statement does not confirm the completeness of the file provided for in Article 9 of Decree No. 2-14-652 issued for the implementation of Law No. 104-12 on price freedom and competition as amended and supplemented.

LVMH Métiers d’Art SAS has notified the Competition Council of a concentration operation consisting of acquiring exclusive control of the Nuti group through a 55% equity stake and related voting rights.
LVMH Métiers d’Art SAS is a wholly-owned subsidiary of LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton SE, the holding company of the LVMH group, present in the luxury sector worldwide. LVMH Métiers d’Art SAS aims to contribute to the protection and development of artisanal know-how and access to raw materials, including through equity stakes and long-term support for its partners.
The Nuti Group is active in the production and sale of processed leathers and skins for the leather industry and chemicals for the tanning industry.
