NON-CONFIDENTIAL SUMMARY OF THE OPERATION PROVIDED BY THE PARTIES
The Competition Council has received notification of an economic concentration project concerning the exclusive takeover by the company “Arch Peninsula Sdn. Bhd.” of the company “Sanipak Sağlıklı Yaşam Ürünleri Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi” and all of its subsidiaries, through the acquisition of 100% of its share capital and related voting rights.
“Arch Peninsula Sdn. Bhd.” is a Malaysian limited private company, registered under number 1529978-X and headquartered at Tiara Labuan, Jalan Tanjung Batu, 87000 Labuan W.P., Labuan, Malaysia. The company operates integrated manufacturing facilities primarily in Indonesia and China, providing a wide range of products, including printing paper, tissue paper, and sustainable packaging solutions, to its customers.
“Sanipak Sağlıklı Yaşam Ürünleri Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi” is a Turkish joint-stock company, registered with the Istanbul Chamber of Commerce under registration number 102648-0, with its headquarters at Rüzgarlıbahçe Mah. Çam Pınarı Sk. Eczacıbaşı Blok No: 3 İç Kapı No: 1 Beykoz / Istanbul. Its activities include the production and sale of tissue paper (toilet paper, paper towels, napkins), personal care products, baby products, household cleaning solutions, and professional hygiene products.
