NON-CONFIDENTIAL SUMMARY OF THE OPERATION PROVIDED BY THE PARTIES
The Competition Council received notification of an economic concentration project concerning the acquisition of exclusive control by “Orange SA” of “MasOrange SL” through the acquisition of the remaining 50% of the capital and associated voting rights.
“Orange SA” is a French joint-stock company, operating as a global telecommunications operator that provides a wide range of electronic communication services to individuals, businesses, and wholesalers, mainly in the fields of fixed-line telephony, Internet, and mobile telephony, in 26 countries worldwide.
“MasOrange SL” is a Spanish company that provides fixed, mobile, and television services to residential and professional clients in Spain only.
