The Competition Council has received notification of a project of economic concentration concerning the exclusive control acquisition by the company “Asúa Products Solutions SLU” fully owned by the company “Global Polymer Solutions SL” through the acquisition of all shares and voting rights of the company “Asúa Products SA”.“Asúa Products Solutions SLU” is a Spanish limited liability company, registered in the Commercial Register under the number IRUS 1000452782368, with its registered office located at Gran Vía Don Diego López de Haro 42, 1st floor, 48011, Bilbao. This company was created for the realization of the envisaged operation. “Global Polymer Solutions SL” is a Spanish limited liability company, registered in the commercial register under the number IRUS 1000394735363, with its registered office located at Calle Rec del Moli (Pol. Ind. Moli de les Planes), S/N, 08470, Sant Celoni, Barcelona, Spain, it is active, through its subsidiaries, in the production and sale of chemicals (mainly masterbatches). “Asúa Products SA” is a Spanish public limited company, registered in the commercial register under the number IRUS 1000059345261, and with its registered office in Spain, C/ Sangoniz, 20, 48150 Sondika. It is active in the production and sale of chemicals and their derivatives. In Morocco, it is solely active in the sale of stabilizing systems for PVC (“one-packs”) and additives for PVC.
